This hazy double dry hopped IPA was brewed in collaboration with our friends from the Scorched Tundra music fest. We used plenty of Belma and Grüngeist hops to make this juicy and aromatic IPA with notes of tropical fruit, stone fruit, citrus, and berries. Medium body with a soft finish. Exclusively on tap at Corridor and Scorched Tundra X at the Empty Bottle (8/30-9/1)!

32oz crowler, filled on 8.31.18, poured into a Corridor Bicycle pint glass.
The beer pours a very hazy and turbid orange color, nice golden and apricot hues with a thin fizzy white head that has minimal retention but yields nice soapy lacing. The aroma is excellent, tons of juicy peach and apricot, soft citrus, excellent floral bouquet with a nice resinous hop backbone that rests atop a sweet yeast and pale dough character. The flavors are wonderful, they echo the nose very well, very juicy and tropical, mango and pineapple play nicely with valencia orange and peach flavors, very floral with a nice dank quality that is more expressive as it warms up while the finish is more sweet, yeasty and doughy. The mouthfeel is very good, coating, creamy with a nice lively texture that finishes easily with a lightly dry bite.
Verdict: An excellent IPA from Corridor. Juicy, balanced, bright and refreshing, really great stuff. Perhaps a touch warm and boozy at 6.60% but this one really hits the mark. Well done Corridor and Scorched Tundra!

Draft at Corridor. Deep yellow-orange opaque appearance (think orange juice). Juicy with some mild dankness towards the end of flavor profile. Lighter/thin mouthfeel.
