This hazy IPA is the 2nd version of Argent that we made with the Norwegian farmhouse yeast (kveik); this time dry-hopped with Citra, Amarillo, and Columbus. Fruity esters from the yeast combine with orange/grapefruit citrus and dank pine resin notes from the hops. Medium body with a soft, moderately hoppy finish.

On draft. Minisnifter glass. Cloudy golden yellow body, one and half finger white head, fair retention and lacing. Smell is a bit of that same astringent minerality of v1; but the hop profile seems to play a little bit better with the yeast. More of a citrusy zest/rind bitterness at play; a bit of caramel and grainy sweetness, zest and light pine resin on the finish that doesn't contribute too much bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium lighter bodied, good carbonation, a bit less astringent than v1 was.
