Served in a willibecher at the brewery.
A: Soft gold with ample 1-finger off-white head with average retention and a couple of thin bands of lacing.
S: Subtle wheat and pale malt aromas with low-intensity lemon and herbal hop notes.
T: Flavor also subdued with mild bready wheat and lemony, herbal noble hop character. Low bitterness.
M: Light bodied with high carbonation and reasonably crisp dry finish.
O: Corridor Liquid Empathy American wheat ale is a nice example of the style with classic characteristics that make it an enjoyable easy to drink pale beer.
