Amber brew with adequate foam in the tulip. Maybe a tint of pinkish. Supposed to be brewed with hibiscus flowers, lemon peel, orange peel, and grains of paradise. There's a warm touch of malt but a tangy edge. The Belgian yeast gets scratchy and hard to take. There's an odd fruity note with the Wheat Chex sweet grain. Not one of my favorite Saisons. On tap at the 30th Street tasting room.
