An interesting little ale that average looking but had a very strong aroma of apricot and tasted bready rather fruity. The light amber body had a very thin white head and really did not lace. The nose was quite prominent and definitely smelled of apricot. As the publican noted, though it smells of apricot it does not come through in the flavor which was decidedly bready in the early stages and only yielded to some fruit sense when the beer warmed. The feel was weak and watery lmiting drinkability.
