I had this beer on-tap in a dimpled mug at the brewery in Bratislava.
Appearance: medium gold hue with a little bit of light haze and a thick finger of creamy ivory foam that leaves a good lace as it subsides.
Smell: light, toasty, yeasty, and with just a bit of hop character. A good example of the style.
Taste: yeasty with a relatively dry, toasty malt, and an earthy and quite bitter hoppiness. Kind of like what we'd call a "pre-prohibition" pilsner in America.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a big, well-integrated carbonation and a good creaminess.
Overall: a very drinkable and bracing lager. I would definitely come back for more.
