This beer has a balanced profile with moderate bitterness and medium-high maltiness. Deeper colour is achieved by using Munich and Caramel malts, which also leads to fuller body and caramel notes in flavour. Those are balanced by higher additions of noble aromatic hops towards the end of the boil. Surprisingly refreshing beer.

I had this beer on-tap in a glass mug at the brewery in Bratislava.
Appearance: medium golden-amber hue with a light haze and a thick head of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: a rich, slightly sweet malt with a bready character and hints of caramel and toffee. Quite nice.
Taste: malt is bready and caramelly without being either cloying or biscuity. Hops are light and overall it’s very smooth. I dig it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a really smooth and tasty amber lager. I’m not always a fan of the style but this is really nice.
