Made by Keoki BC specifically for the Varsity.
A finger of bone-white head with good retention. Nose was full of mango-very sweet, but not candy-like (Tropical Fruit Life Savers). Color was a deep golden-yellow with NE-quality clarity. Mouthfeel was medium with a great sweet/tart mango flavor. Finish was tart, dry, refreshing. Give this a side-by-side with Kona Wailua Wheat, made with Passion Fruit.
