A true craft lager painstakingly nurtured over five weeks from grain to glass. Very crisp and clean, slightly fruity. Just a few German malts, Just a couple of German hops. Nothing to hide behind. A great solid lager.

Crisp and refreshing Irish lager. Mild and sweet, nice carbonation and decent malty taste. Fresh on the palate and easy drinking in an Indian summer.

Taster at the source.
Pours a light golden color with a thin white head that slowly dissipates. Bready crackery malt light earthy spicy floral hops to counter.

Had on tap. I don't understand the hate, this is a tasty helles lager. Sure the body is a little thin and macro, and the coloring is a little bright, but the smell is full bready malt, honey, wildflower and very slight lemon. The taste is crisp, full, bready, finishes slightly sweet and bitter, just wonderful, especially on a Irish summer night.
