Pint on tap in Coqbull, Limerick (€6.90)
Bright amber with a half cm, foamy white head that holds well. Fruity hops, some grapefruit & citrus, piney towards the end too. It's balanced & fresh with pine & grapefruit hops, fairly dry with a medium body & not bad carbonation either.

Gold colour with haze. White, finely bubbled foam, forms a tall, compact and persistent structure. Leaves behind a multitude of frothy islands.
In the aroma distinct hoppy, fruity, grassy, floral, 'perfumed' notes. Further moderately high maltiness. Overall it is pleasantly sweet.
The taste is dominated by hoppy bitterness, which is de facto moderately high at best. It has a grassy, slightly zesty character.
Saturation high downwards. Full body with a downside. Liquid texture soft, smooth.

Had on tap. Off the nose didn't think this beer has much to offer, just monotone hops that were light on the bitter and spice. But the taste was much better than the smell, with hops coming alive in a beautiful way with the malt backbone and a nice wheat note as well. Still a little thin, but not bad
