Hazy gold with a small head. There are peaches in the nose along with some wheaty banana and cloves. The peaches are again assertive in the taste where it seems they contribute a certain sourness. Not overly sweet. Some carbonation. A fine fruited wheat with some crispness. A fine summery beer.

If the South isn't known for anything else, its known for its beaches and its favorite summer fruit- peach. Crooked Hammock brewers roll the two into a fruity wheat beer that's celebrates both in the same glass.
Hazy goldenrod and building a cottony fluff, Myrtle Peach quickly swoons the nose with the fresh and radiant peach fruit along with a supporting scent of citrus, fresh bread and subtle soothing spice. Its bready sweet upstart is gentle on the early palate as flavors of cookie dough, light bread and honey set a sweeter tone.
As the bready sweet maltiness relaxes on the middle palate, the hop flavors of orange, grapefruit and lemon add a quick balance against the sweetness and provides the perfect bridge toward its generous peach additions. Somewhat of mango, apricot and orange, the flavors of peach ride into a firm fruitiness and a light acidic twang to close.
Medium-light in bodied, drinking light and built for summer beach days, Myrtle Peach finishes fruity and with a light bitterness to take an edge off of the lingering sweetness before trailing into a brief peach-filled afterglow.

WHOA, Seriously peach on the nose and taste. Sweet taste and nose. This tastes like a fresh peach. Not necessarily my thing, but good for what it is.
