This farmhouse ale was blended from two beers brewed with Pilsner malt, raw wheat, malted rye, and aged hops. After barrel-aging in French oak puncheons for over a year, we conditioned it on spent red currants to contribute a nuanced and delicate berry flavor with notes of strawberry, cranberry, and grape skins.

On tap at the brewery. Clear deep golden. Smells of oak, a little dark fruit acidity, some golden malts. Tastes of oak, grainy malts, lemon tartness, some dark fruit acidity. Oak and berry tartness in the finish. Medium body. Pleasant.
