Odd Breed Wild Ales

We blended a farmhouse ale brewed with orange zest and coriander, and a special version of Past & Future, our flagship saison. Both beers were aged for over a year in French oak puncheons before blending and bottle-conditioning. This farmhouse blend is medium-bodied with notes of toasted French oak, floral coriander, ripe oranges, lemons, and rustic Brettanomyces funk. Our house mixed culture contributes enough acidity to add refreshing drinkability, without overshadowing the nuanced and delicate nature of this beer.
