This Wild Farmhouse Ale was brewed with imported Pilsner malt and plae wheat, and aged with aged whole leaf hops and fresh German Saphir. Open fermented with our house mixed culture, and barrel aged in French Oak puncheons. Citrusy, tropical and light bodied with refreshing acidity and a funky Brettanomyces finish.

750 mL bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow. Fizzy head dissipates quickly. Smells of strong french oak, lemon acidity, and stone fruit. Tastes of stone fruit up front. Lightly tart lemon and lime acidity. Grainy wheat as the fruit dies down. Oaky, dry back end. Light, pleasant, and very drinkable. Nice.

750ml bottle from Tavour. Pale hazy straw body, one finger foamy head, patchy head remains. Yeasty, funky aroma, hay, bread. Taste is tart and tangy, light lemony notes, citrus. Sweet, light, rather good.
