This Farmhouse Ale is blended from equal parts Rye Saison and Spelt Saison that were aged 14 months in French oak barrels. After blending, the beer was conditioned on Darjeeling black tea leaves before bottle conditioning with local Orange Blossom Honey. Darjeeling tea is prized for its unique floral and fruity Muscat notes, while our mixed culture presents notes of citrus and tropical funk.

500 mL bottle. Gushes slightly with a few floaty bits, but it's crystal clear golden when poured. Smells of florals, earthy tea, light citrus, lots of oak. Tastes a little bit tart, but light for Odd Breed. Huge oak flavor. Earthy tea and stone fruit flavors. Medium body and well carbonated. Very nice.
