This easy drinking Farmhouse Ale was brewed with imported Pilsner malt and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, and fermented in stainless steel with one of our favorite Belgian yeast strains. After primary fermentation, the beer was transferred onto Oregon Marionberries and then aged in our French oak puncheons for 10 months. After barrel aging, we added a healthy dose of dark Belgian Candi syrup and naturally conditioned in the bottle. Fruity and slightly earthy with notes of blackberries, plums, and dates, this easy drinking Saison finishes with our signature funk and a touch of refreshing acidity.

500 mL bottle. Pours reddish and clear. Smells of oak, deep berries, earthy yeast, light acidity. Tastes of strong earthy and bitter yeast flavors with oak permeating. Tart blackberry and earthy vinous notes behind it. Lingering oak abd tartness, but it isn't strong. Medium light. Nice blend of yeast flavors and earthy berries. I appreciate that this isn't that tart. Good.
