This farmhouse ale is brewed with imported Pilsner malt alongside domestic and imported rye, and is hopped exclusively with American Cascade. Open fermented in stainless steel with a Belgian yeast strain alongside our mixed culture and ambient microbes before resting in our French oak puncheons for 14 months. This easy drinker has a crisp backbone of toasted rye bread with floral notes of grapefruit and lemon zest. Our mixed culture contributes Brett funk and spicy phenols with refreshing acidity.

500 mL bottle. Clear golden yellow. Smells of oak, yeasty phenols, light earthiness, and lemon lime acidity. Tastes of lemon lime tartness, bready malt, hints of rye spice, oak, and some earthy yeast in the finish. Light and we'll carbonated. Simple and pleasant.
