16oz can purchased at Red Crow. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a very small, white head of foam. It left very little lacing. It smelled of bubblegum, yeast, spices, caramel and toffee. Sweet fruitiness with caramel, toffee, mild spiciness and a touch of bitterness.

super bogus that every american made random belgian style is kind of bad, because it inhibits us from taking a chance on this one. so many lousy takes on this style out there that this one almost gets lost in the shuffle, but if we slow down and seek this out as an independent brew, soak in its nuance, bathe in its originality, it rewards... it almost owes us back for considering it. "life may be sweeter for this, i dont know, see how it feels in the end" well, the end feels good here! a topically carbonated and refreshing brew that sinks in at the right time, dry-ish, but yeasty too, and if i didnt know any better, this could borderline be belgian beer. bubbly and interesting from a yeast perspective, better that god enough, fun. new breweries sometimes get a bad rap just for being new, but thats no longer a reasonable way to explain away good beer, and this is good beer, and its that simple. sort of hoppy and grainy, but completely and entirely yeast driven, this is real well made but relatively easy beer. need more of their stuff...
