Brutbier with Strawberries, Raspberries, and Hibiscus. Brewed to emulate the pink rosé Champagnes of France, this elegant ale has been fully fermented resulting in an incredibly dry and effervescent mouthfeel, only to be aged for months on strawberry and raspberry purée and finished with whole hibiscus flowers.

At my lady Pamela's house; bottled and at room temperature, 750mL in a chilled pint glass. From Bevi Birra bottle shop in Toronto. My first beer from the Ottawa, Ontario brewery; to celebrate my first job in 13 years, since my near fatal electrocution. Easily one of the best beers I've ever had.

Can: Poured a pinkish color ale with a medium white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some nice raspberry and hibiscus notes that are easily noticeable. Taste is also a mix of tart notes with some fresh raspberry and hibiscus notes and light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with great carbonation. Enjoyable sour with a good level of complexity.
