On-tap at Beachwood BBQ,
A: Pours a medium to dark amber with a soft off-white head, solid retention.
S: Caramel English style malt, fairly standard for the style.
T: Lots of caramel corn, diacetyl is there but is pleasing in the style and doesn't take over the beer. Minor Christmas spicing.
M: Light-bodied, clean finish, soft carbonation.
D: An easy drinking Christmas beer, I wish it had more spice complexity, but it's a solid effort.
