Notes via stream of consciousness: "MEXICAN LAGER WITH LIME", "DRY HOPPED WITH CASHMERE". Lager with lime is pretty common these days but dry hopping it might be something new. Let's see. It's poured a hazy deep gold body beneath a full head of white foam that seems to be holding well. The aroma definitely has some hops to it. It's woody and herbal. I'm not finding any lime, which is perfectly fine by me. On to the flavor... well there's some lime in there. It's got pleasant acidity that cuts through the malt and leaves it refreshing, and the lime flavor pretty much runs from start to finish although I'm finding it strongest right before the swallow. From there it loses some strength and gently fades in a medium length finish. Ah ha! It's back in the burp though! There's some more of that hop in the flavor as well, which is interesting. The malt is simply basic, and that's exactly what I'd expect. It's got some bitterness to it but it's limited, as it should be. In the mouth it's medium-light in body, and crisp. That about wraps it up. The dry hopping is indeed what sets this apart, although it's a nicely done lime beer as well.
