poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a Shaker pint glass, "best by" date "110118".
APPEARANCE: pours a clear, light yellow color with less than one-finger white head that quickly dissipated until just a ring of small bubbles remained around the glass, there is very little lacing on the glass, lighter than average carbonation.
SMELL: ginger and bread.
TASTE: the taste follows the nose, ginger and bread.
PALATE: light bodied with lighter carbonation.
OVERALL: this beer idea had potential but was poorly executed, too much ginger, not enough lemon and needs more carbonation, there are better beers to be had so I would not seek this one out again.
