750 mL bottle. Hazy pale yellow. Nice Nelson aroma. Lots of brett. A little oak. Tastes very bretty. Earthy brett and then a little nelson brightens it up. Oak in the back end. Aggressively bitter. Light body. The bitterness overwhelms just a bit, but it's nice.

A: Bottle pour a hazy pale yellow under a thin white head which fades to the rim and leaves splotchy lace.
N: Cotton candy, hay, Brett funk, tropical fruits.
T: Juicy tropical fruits and funky horse blanket.
M: Slightly soapy feel. Dry, yeasty, and fruity finish.
O: Solid. Good choice.

Consumed out of a paper cup at about 50 degrees. Very carbonated but no gush action. Taste is pretty Brett b dominant. It's pretty similar to boulevard saison Brett and Logsdon Saigon Bretta but a little simpler than both of those. Very good.
