Lambic/Gose-inspired ale made with plums and Bamboo Jade sea salt. Bright stone fruit and our house funk dominate the aromatics followed by flavors of juicy plum and melon. There is a solid acidity all the way through, rounded out by the sea salt, and a finish reminiscent of sweet tarts.

6oz pour at Green Cheek in Costa Mesa.
Pours bright reddish-pink, fairly murky. Small but very dense white head, tons of carbonation. Smell is sweet tarts, berries, tart jam. Taste is quite dry. Berry dominates. Sweet tart acidity is strong. Bitterness? Stems and skin? Maybe hay. Mouthfeel ids light and dry. Overall, pretty good.
