Nice pale golden color, lots of bubbles, small head dies quickly and no lacing remains. Smell of typical Mexican lager but more pungent in a way I don’t like. Good malt flavor and a little sweet, richer than a Modelo. Nice finish, a little sweetness and pungent malt flavor remains, refreshing. I like this but I’d rather drink something else.

A great lager across the board, a malty sweetness on the nose and it’s distinctive on the tongue as well. It was a joy having this lager, I’ll be on the lookout for more.

If you like Mexican Lagers but want a little more flavor, this is the beer for you. At 4.8 abv it has a little more kick than a Corona, but still very drinkable.
If you are in the Atlanta area I would encourage you to stop by the brewery or pick some up.

Lechuza is a fantastic Mexican Lager. Great craft alternative to Corona or Modelo. Best way to describe Lechuza is a crisp, clean and refreshing brew. Perfect for chilling washing down your favorite Mexican cuisine.

Lechuza is a standard Mexican lager with a nice craft twist. Very refreshing with a nice smooth and somewhat dry finish. As the name implies this beer would definitely pair well with Mexican or other spicy foods. Also a wonderful summer beer.
