The beer is pitch black with a nice foamy head that laced my glass the whole drink. I got a lot of that burnt bitterness aroma mixed with coffee. The beer tasted similar, started sweet , slowly moved to the coffee flavor and ended up being bitter on the end. The beer is smooth and mouth coating.
