We used Rahr 2 row malt, roasted barley and loads of chocolate malt to bring forth a hearty, malty backbone. After primary fermentation we combine a Parisian Blend of cold press espresso that adds a rich, heavy, smoky and caramel coffee flavor to the beer. Combine that with dose of Madagascar vanilla, cacao nibs and 140 pounds of raspberries and you are in for a treat!

Pours pitch black with a 2 finger tan head. Retention is quite good, and there's some beautiful lacing on the glass.
The nose is really, really rich with raspberries. I do also get a very sight malt hint in the nose.
Taste - the raspberry really comes through on the backside. Up front, I get some vanilla, and coffee favors.
Feel, for the ABV of this beer, it's pretty watery.
It is a good beer, but if it would have a better body, it would be an amazing beer.
