Pours a darker golden color, almost amber, and fairly clear. The head is off white, 2 finger, frothy, with a bit of lacing on the glass. Retention is average.
The nose has a pine aroma from the citra hops.
The taste is fairly mellow up front. The citra hops kick in on the backside, but they are also mellow. It does linger a bit. There's a slight sweetness up front.
Feel. The hops are mellow, but they do have a sticky feeling that ingers in my throat. Body is moderate.
I do like this beer. It is fairly easy drinking, and it has a decent flavor.
