A light and refreshing blonde ale decorated with flavors of vanilla, almond, and cinnamon brewed especially for Christmas. It's a beer that tastes just like your favorite Christmas cookies made by Grandma. You should get everything you asked for, if you leave this out for the jolly old fat man!

From a 16oz can with no date. Beer released on 12-20-2024.
This is a clear pouring beer and golden in color. There's a bit of carbonation bubbles rising in the glass. There's a 1 finger white head that has good retention and a bit of lacing.
Aroma is sweet smelling. I just get a huge cinnamon hit in this beer. The aroma is a bit sweet smelling, but not over the top.
The taste is, well, a Christmas Cookie. I get a good cinnamon hit. There's a decent sweetness in here. There's some biscuit that shines through. Good deal of vanilla shines through.
The body is crisp and a bit bubbly. Smooth and a bit creamy feeling.
This beer delivers on the name and isn't over the top sweet. Delicious.

12oz can. No dating information found, but purchased at the taproom.
Clear, pale gold colored body. One finger of white head upon pouring retreats to become scattered islands and a ring. No lacing.
Aroma is strong with vanilla and almond, plus a whiff of cinnamon. Underlying toasted malt base.
Taste continues with the Christmas cookie flavors. Toasted malt throughout with swirling ancillary flavors of almond and vanilla. Cinnamon appears late as a remnant. All flavors continue into the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Rather clean finish. Good carbonation.
Holiday gimmick beer that likely would pair well with Christmas cookies and a good cheddar cheese.
