Bottle from Albertsons. Not very tart. Looks like pale red wine with a small fizzy head. Light berry aroma, taste is also light. Dry finish. Forgettable

A: Bright pink with a white head. Nice except for the super low head.
S: Slightly sweet. Light raspberry with a healthy belgian yeast backbone.
T: Sweet fruitiness of raspberry, strawberry, blueberry and blackberry. Tastes nice when the sweetness fades to a cranberry tartness. Mild belgian blond style yeast finishes with just a bit of banana. A touch of saltiness on the finish.
F: Crazy thin for better or worse. Extremely refreshing. The saltiness leaves you hungry for more. Great on a hot day but too thin today as it's a cool October day.
O: Yummy. I know I shouldn't compare, but this beer had more belgian yeast notes than last years. Also a bit fruitier. Where it had more flavor, I felt it lacked a little in body. Last years was sexier.

Clear copper/amber pour with a one-finger white head. Fruity aroma. Taste is predominately blueberry syrup backed by light cranberry and bread flavors. Not tart or sour at all. Very thin body.

22 oz bomber bought from Fred Meyer in S.Salem. $5.99 Pours a hazy peach tea sort of colour with a large frothy cream coloured head. Mostly fruity berry aromas..getting a bit cranberry not so much blue berry but its pleasing enough. Taste is more mixed berry and a little yeastiness. Its tart but very tame. just OK. Mouth feel is a major disappointment. There is barely any carbonation at all..that is a major no no for this style. disappointing could have been so much better if they had some carbonation in here.

Color- hazy ruby amber. Full head.
Aroma- cherry, lemon, and hint of dry saw dust.
Taste- Not dry, not tart, not fruity. So what is this? Starts with a mellow malty body, lemon pops in the middle, and finishes with a dry wheaty finish with slight hint of berry and lemon. A refreshing yet strong summer brew.
Poured from 650 ml bomber into a Liefmans Goudenband glass (my preferred all purpose beer tasting glass). Tasted July 2014.
