Bottle from Brewers Haven. Light pink body, tiny airy head. Aroma equal parts funk and cherry cough drops. Taste is more of the candy sweetness fake cherry flavor. Minor Saison notes, but not enough to overcome the too sweet flavor. Not tart at all.

This was poured into a nonic and treated as a fruit beer. The appearance was a glossy to burnt golden/semi-bronzed orange to amber color with a fair dissipation to a soft white head. No lacing. The aroma started off with a soft tart to sweet authentic cherry flavor over top of some light sweet freshly cut grass. The flavor was basically the same with the low riding sweet grassiness coming in for a nice balance. Lingering sweet to tart cherry flavor rolling into the aftertaste and finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation rides nice and light with a crisp refreshing feel about it. Overall, it works as a fruit beer, though I see Bridgetown is saying saison, sorry, guys, I don’t see the other qualities, but good for what it is.

22oz bottle from Fred Meyer in S.Salem OR $6.49 Darker honey golden coloured beer with a lovely thick and creamy cream coloured head. Slight sour cherry aroma with phenolics and slight pepper slight ripe banana. Taste ..phenolics. bubble gum and sweet cherry in the back. Nice mouth feel..semi medium carbonation..not too dry on the finish. OK beer not very "saison" though

Pinkish gold with white head dotting the glass. Smells of strawberry yellow Ranier cherries and yellow peaches. A mineral graphite rounds our the nose. The flavor is big on yellow cherries and yellow peach again. A very mild bread and straw finishes the flavor with a distinct Belgian yeast in the background. The finish is fruity and mildly sweet with a mild yellow cherry aftertaste and a slight lingering sweet and sour salty finish. I've been a fan of these stumotown tart series for years. This one takes a different turn with cherries, but I love that they are experimenting here.

22 oz. bottle:
Pours copper with a fizzy white head that doesn't hold up. Minimal lacing.
The smell is of mild tart cherries, vague general Belgian-style spicing. Rather muted.
The taste is of mild tart cherries, some caramel. Beligian-style spicing in the finish.
Light-bodied. More fizzy than effervescent.
Not bad - cherries have some tartness, some spicing appropriate for a saison. On the fizzy side and things don't come together for me so well.
