On-tap at Able Seedhouse + Brewery, Minneapolis, MN
A: The beer is very, very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left a thin layer of bubbles on the surface and a thin film covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of tropical fruits are present in the nose - guava really stands out in particular.
T: The taste follows the smell and is very fruity with flavors of peaches and notes of guava.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is very nice and fruity, making it a good beer for a hot summer day.
