Dark amber, slightly hazy. Dense layer of creamy foam, spotty lacing.
Dry aroma of pepper and a clean maltiness.
Taste has a dry saison yeast presence, lightly peppery and clean. Dry finish with light bitterness.
Medium bodied and drinkable, effervescent and clean, not overly phenolic. Nice easy drinking saison.
