A slightly tweaked version of 1818, brewed with Huell Melon hops and Saisonsteins Monster hybrid yeast strain.

Pale golden tone with a slight haze and visible carbonation. Spotty lace and patchy skim. Not a ton of foam but some initially. Fruity and spicy aromas, somewhat mild and pleasant. Taste is clean with a lot of saison yeast character, spicy, herbal, and fruity. Medium bodied, bone dry with light carbonation. Strikes a nice balance between fruity and spicy elements, not overly phenolic like many US saisons.
