Strawberry & milk sugar kettle sour ale. Canned 9/12.
Bright orange, thin layer of foam that breaks into a patchy skim, slightly reddish when poured.
Strawberries in the aroma, mild cream, some light fruit acidity.
Tastes like strawberries & cream, juicy, tart and lightly acidic, flavors are brief, with a slight note of wheat or popcorn kernel underneath. Light bodied, crisp and tart, carbonation ebbs over time. Overall this is an easy drinking late summer quencher, personally i’d like a little more carb and sourness, maybe even an “overfruited” version.
