Copenhagen 16/4 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual design with a pattern I earthy colors resembling a landscape seen from a plane.
Pours slightly unclear with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a tart fruity scent. Sweet pale malts. Lemons, tart currants and citrus. Black pepper. Whiff of mold.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, a bit greasy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong bitterness followed by a more moderate tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a sourish bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit.
Pseudo, indeed.
