Copenhagen 16/4 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Can in Gamma's usual design with weird torsos on a light turquoise background.
Pours unclear almost opaque - golden yellow with a mid-sized, dense white head. Stable. Settles as a 2 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with light, fruity sweet odor soon overpowered by sharp, tart, citric odor. Sweet peach and oranges. Citrus and grapefruit. Tart gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong tart and sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sour and a bit watery. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Refreshing and sessional Saison.
