This pilsner pours a tan-tinged yellow, and is slightly hazy. A half-inch, off-white head coalesces and lingers. Lots of carbonation, some lacing.
The aroma is...fine; there's some grass there, but any additional aromas from the Galaxy hops have faded by this point. The taste is in a better spot, however; there's grass and a little citrus, but not so much to overwhelm the malt backbone. It's light and slightly sweet in mouthfeel; the finish is a little peppery and hot (the latter of which is not something that I'd expect to see in a beer of this hop profile and ABV).
Overall, it's held up well - I wish I had picked up a fresher example when I was at the brewery in December.
