Enjoyed on tap. Sterling and cascade fresh hops.
This is just an all around tasty Pils. Pours a radiant gold. The FH character shines on the nose, matched by the sip. the toasted biscuit on the finish is just icing on the cake. Burp hops, my friends!

Look: Slightly cloudy medium to dark yellow and even my slow pour brings on a billowing head that holds at 2-fingers and coats the rim of the glass with lacing
Aroma: Tons of freshly cut grass and lemons, pilsner malt, honey, and floral notes – spirea, butterfly bush, and Joe Pye weed
Taste: A smorgasbord of flowery goodness and lemons are thrust upon the palate and soon after, waves of grass come crashing in. Pilsner malt, crackers, and honey are prominent in the middle and closes like it started – pure lemons and flowers
Mouthfeel: Light but full, very clean and crisp throughout, medium-high carbonation, and finishes clean and crisp but with almost zero dryness
Overall: This is a delicious beer. I love what these folks do with lagers and also fresh hop stuff so naturally, I was attracted to this and although it’s tasty, I think at twenty-one days old, much of the fresh hop character has faded, leading to this being a really fresh and slightly overly-hopped pilsner. I love what Sterling hops bring too as it’s kind of the States’ version of a noble hop and utilized and showcased well here too

Pours a pretty hazy golden - not even straw. Very pillowy, cumulus cloud-like. Cracker and like a soapy hop floral character on the nose. It's very spicy hop forward with the an undercurrent of biscuity malt character.

Light, faintly hazy amber pour with a thick sturdy head. Floral and herbal aroma, ale-like in its intensity. Plenty of malt of course, with a tasty bitterness followi . Close behind. Can rates it a moderately stiff 36 IBU but tastes much lighter. All together, a nicely crafted and tasty pilsner.

A clear straw yellow with a dense, white head with excellent retention and lacing, this looks great. The nose is initially soft but really opens up with a delicate but deep fresh hop/lemon essence character, resplendent, along with a great, snappy, crisp pils malt character. The palate opens with a blend of dough and snappy pils malt, along with a moderate hop flavor. FH character is more restrained on the palate than on the nose. Drying, bitter, clean on the finish, this is great stuff. Just a hair watery.
