Closest style we could find, as there is no Italian Pilsner style. Fresh -- canned July 12th, just a month old.
Pours a light amber, clear and clean, modest head. Taste is different from the German / Czech Pilsners. The first sip brings up a spicy taste combo, mild bitterness backed up with a solid malt base. Good carbonation Tasty? You betcha. A very nice beer for a warm day, sitting in the patio's shade. Clean finish, smooth and goes down unbelievably easy. At 4.9%, don't worry about having another.
