"This looks like a job for Zoigl! Super Pils combines the power of German-style mashing and fermentation with the dry hopping of the West Coast. There is no kryptonite in this Pilsner, just a blast of malt crispness and hop flavors and aromas. With great beer comes great responsibility. Prost!"

Look: Light yellow and slightly opaque with a booming head that rests as a pillow atop the beer and leaves sheets of lacing clung to the glass
Aroma: Lemons, tangerines, white grapefruit, cut grass, floral notes, wafts of herbal tea, pilsner malt, and limes
Taste: Tangerine and grapefruit come together for the opening act and quickly develop depth as lemon follows close behind. Herbal and floral notes dominate the middle, along with some grassiness and limes before closing with the return of tangerine, grapefruit, and lemon
Mouthfeel: Light but full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and crisp and clean on the finish
Overall: This is some good stuff. I love what these folks do so jumped right in on this one and it was not only good, but exactly what I expected given the ‘West Coast Pilsner’ moniker. Their Pils is in the top tier in my book and this drinks like they made that but subbed newer age and non-traditional hops, giving it a citrusy and herbal element not typically found in Czech nor German Pils. Tasty, refreshing, well-made, unique, and recommended
