Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 2/12/26.
Appearance: lovely medium golden hue with a clear body and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: light aroma of toasty, crackery malt, and a floral, dry-grass aroma. It's pretty good, but the intensity could be kicked up a notch.
Taste: malt is maybe a hint on the sweet side, but that complements the grassy, floral notes of the hops nicely. The bitterness is definitely present, but not too strong. A nicely balanced pale ale.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a pretty decent pale ale. Nothing too new and exciting here, but solidly made.
