The colour is medium copper red; the high compact beige foam falls down to a finger thick firm head and some fine lacing.
The rather thin smell got notes of hazelnuts, dark bread and some sweet notes. I couldnt notice any bitterness.
The taste got somewhat roasted notes of nuts and malts and a touch of milk chocolate. The bitterness is kind of discreet. A buttery flavour with some toffee dominates the short aftertaste.
The carbonation is fresh and strong with minimal bubbles.
I found this dark lager a bit anonymous, but at the same time, it is easy to gulp down.
