I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a straight-sided glass.
Appearance: medium golden hue with just the faintest hint of haze and a finger of creamy ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweet malt with a bit of toasty character and a little lagery yeastiness. It’s nice.
Taste: on the sweet side, with more of that yeastiness and some toasty, slightly biscuity malt. Not entirely to my taste for a Vienna lager, but certainly not bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with plenty of carbonation and a good creaminess.
Overall: not a bad example of the style, if not 100% my jam.
