Visited just after noon on a Saturday for a pint and a couple crowlers. I had a pint of their CDA, which was quite good, tasted their Canadian Gravy (Pale Ale with Maple), a "hybrid IPA" (I think supposed to be a west coast/north east mashup of some sort), and something else, and came home with crowlers of those two.
I think they had 16-20 taps covering a reasonable range of styles (excluding lagers, unfortunately, although the employee told me they were planning on making some for the spring/summer). With the small amount of info I have, I'd say their beers were in the average to pretty good range. Definitely worth a visit if you're just looking for local beer and don't have a big name in your sights.
It was not empty but not very busy when I visited. Maybe, four or five other customers. Bar service, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt.
Space is really nice, too. Clean and modern, open to the brewing area. I'd love to be there while they were brewing (though I'm not sure they could do that).
I'm not often up in that area, but I would definitely go back.

I visited Hemlock State's brand new taproom in Mountlake Terrace a couple of weeks ago to check out their new space. I'd visited them back when they were located in a residential garage in Shoreline. They've got a nice and neat wood and steel buildout, industrial but welcoming, with the brewhouse in full view.
When I visited, they had 10 beers on tap, plus 5 guest ciders and a draft root beer. The double IPA was decent enough, and the Chocolate Moose stout was quite good. Service is good, staff is just one person today but she’s friendly and efficient.
