Ale brewed with: blackberries, goji berries, acai, and pitaya. Batch # 1.
Pours a murky reddish-orange with a foamy reddish-tan head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, earth, berry juice, and berry aromas. Taste is much the same with berry, berry juice, and earth flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of earth bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an average beer that is drinkable, but the berry qualities in this one come through better in the smell to me.
