16 oz can
Pours clear amber golden, white film for a head dissipates to lacing.
Aroma of biscuit malts with some light coppery notes.
Flavor is biscuit, cereal grains, mild copper notes, dry mild hop finish.
Light to medium body, light tingly carbonation on the tongue.
Pretty solid amber lager. Flavor is good. Drinks easy. Nothing to complain about here. Could see myself drinking this again.

Very suitable to lunch with. I got this can from Tavour.
Other than pairing well with my grilled cheese sandwich, PA to LA is just good but not great.
The amber gives it good Looks, but there also is not much foam. Smells are pretty average also, malt mostly with some scent of hops. Tastes improve slightly as the malt backbone is somewhat rich and the hops perform a nice balance. The bubbles and semi-sweet finish are all I need to scrub and salivate for more of my cheese sandwich.
For my brewer review, Indie seems both a bit young at 4 years; but still could have a more sophisticated website. I don't get much more than the common story of guys leaving their day jobs to do what they love. Since LA needs a better beer culture, maybe Indie can add to it once we get on the other side of Covid.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
