On tap at Brewyard Beer Company in Glendale, CA.
Pours a hazy orange with a foamy beige head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, honey, spice, yeast, and passion fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, spice, yeast, and fruit flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of yeast and spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and dry mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink, but I am only getting distinct passion fruit in the smell.
