473 mL can from the LCBO; coded L22010M and served slightly chilled.
Pours dark cola brown with brick red highlights; it's topped with nearly two inches of fluffy, foamy, deep tan-coloured head that melts off within five minutes or so. A beautiful sponge print-patterned coat of lace is left in its wake, along with a thick, creamy collar and thin cap - looks amazing in the glass. The aroma is surprisingly similar to that of neapolitan ice cream - I'm definitely getting strawberry and chocolate, as well as creamy milk sugar; hints of vanilla, black cherry and roasted malts.
The aroma may have gotten my hopes up: the flavours have a distinctly 'artificial' feel that I don't find particularly endearing. Quite sugary, with strawberry syrup and Nesquik at the forefront, and lactose sweetness throughout the sip. Hints of vanilla, cocoa and roasted malts at the finish, with more strawberry/chocolate syrupy sweetness lingering into the aftertaste, which has suggestions of bitter dark chocolate. Medium-full in body, with mild carbonation that gently tickles the tongue; feels smooth and fulfilling on the palate, making it pleasurable to sip. On the other hand, its drinkability is mediocre - honestly, one can was more than enough for me, and it became a chore to finish.
Final Grade: 3.7, a B grade. Lost Craft's Neapolitan Ice Cream Stout is one of those beers that goes from "huh, I guess this is kinda neat", straight towards "I want to drink something else" a few sips later. I can forgive the (presumed) use of flavourings and/or extracts, as the ice cream flavour it's based upon also makes use of those ingredients. What I can't get past is the sickly sweetness of it all - this is not merely a dessert beer, it's a dessert in and of itself. Fun to try once, but I don't see myself returning to it any time soon.

473 ml can served cold into a chalice glass. LCBO purchase for around $4 CDN.
Appearance - Pours a very dark brown beer with a small three quarter finger tan head. Moderate staying power, leaving a small frothy cap a few minutes after pouring.
Smell - A little vanilla and a touch of strawberry, not getting much other than general roastiness beyond that. Does have a sweet aroma.
Taste - Some subtle vanilla, hints of artificial strawberry flavoring, a slightly sour notes all over a roasty flavor the sort of has dark chocolate flavor coming from it. Just a bit too sweet overall with slightly off aftertaste to make this a session brew, That being said, the more of this you drink, the more the flavors meld together in some slightly adjuncted chocolate brew. It works.
Mouthfeel - Pretty silky smooth, lightly carbonated and goes down real easy.
Overall - Honestly not too bad of a flavor milk stout, the flavors do come across as a little artificially induced but otherwise a pretty good little stout. Does hit the brief reasonably well.

I bought a can at the LCBO in Ontario 473ml at 6%.
Poured a 1fnger head into glass smell is like cherry Soda pop .
Taste is very different
strawberry vanilla and chocolate ok .
But this is like pop with alcohol then a stout beer to me .
It's ok drinking it .
Medium bitterness level malty caramel and Cherry cola with ice cream. Sweet stout
It's just ok for me one time .
Not again.
Cheers
