Doesn't fit in a traditional style but a blended barrel aged saison with a solid stout that comes out fantastic.
Pours a rich black with a little lacing and minimal head, it has a faint wild yeast fruity aroma. Although faint it is very nice. Taste is an explosion of flavor with roasted malt giving way to fruit flavors the wild yeast provide. Carbonation is spot on. Overall a great Bière de Coupage that is brewed and blended perfectly to accentuate the characteristics of both beers.
